Paragon: a five-star-hotel. My stay there was sensational. Food excellent, Dr. Wijeyarathne the best, atmosphere peaceful, service always with a smile and friendly. In short: They make you want to come back.

One detail to be critizised: the tailor in the Gallery should only sew simple things. The suit he made for me was horrible and ended up in the waste-basket. Instead of cotton and silk it was 100% worthless synthetics, instead of dark blue it was black.

Dear Paragon-Team,
our stay with you was simply regenerating. It was our first Ayurveda cure, but definitely won't be the last. We will surely come back.
A big thank you to all for the wonderful care.

With kind regards,
Ruth and Klaus Kriwat

I only was able to spend 12 glorious days at paragon.
I enjoyed the wonderful staff, the excellent treatments,
the professionalism and tenderness of the therapists
and dr.s. It was a great break from my stressful life and
I enjoyed every minute of it. I can only hope that in the
future I will be able to stay longer and take full advantage of the ayurvedic treatments.
Keep the smiles
burga :)

Just got back from a week at the Paragon.

We had a wonderful time even though a week is a lot less than the time you need for a proper Ayurvedic treatment.

The hospitality was fantastic and the daily treatments wonderful and soothing.

The team at Paragon cannot do enough for you.

The beach is on your doorstep and whilst not a luxurious resort (its not meant to be) the facilities are basic in line with the stress free and relaxing wellness break.

Thank you to all the team that looked after us - from the recpetionists, the restaurant teams led by two great managers and a wonderful chef; the Ayurvedic doctor; the reception team at the Ayurvedic centre; the boys and girls at the treatment centre; the pool boys; the housemaids; the drivers and tour guides; not to mention the chap at the gem stone shop - a true gentleman.

Compared to India hospitality, Sri Lanka does hospitality so much better.
